3. Information Processed by Meta Quest / Meta Horizon

CeylonVerse is distributed through Meta Quest / Meta Horizon. Meta may process certain platform-related information according to Meta's own privacy policies, platform terms, and developer services.

This may include information related to:

• Meta account and platform identity
• Device and headset information
• App entitlement, purchase, installation, or store access
• App usage, crash, performance, or diagnostic information
• Platform safety, security, and compliance checks

Heladev XR Labs does not control Meta's platform-level data processing. Users should review Meta's privacy policies and account settings to understand how Meta collects, uses, and manages platform data.

4. How We Use Information

Heladev XR Labs may use information provided directly by users for the following purposes:

• To troubleshoot issues related to CeylonVerse

• To comply with Meta Horizon / Meta Quest platform requirements

If a user contacts Heladev XR Labs, we may retain the communication for as long as necessary to respond to the request, provide support, keep business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

7. Children's Privacy

CeylonVerse is intended for users who are allowed to use Meta Quest / Meta Horizon according to Meta's platform rules and age requirements.

Heladev XR Labs does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the CeylonVerse app. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information directly to Heladev XR Labs, they may contact us at hello@heladev.com and request deletion.

8. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal information they have directly provided to Heladev XR Labs by emailing: hello@heladev.com.

Please use the subject line: CeylonVerse Data Deletion Request.

In the request, please include enough information for us to identify the communication or data you want deleted.

If the information is controlled by Meta Quest / Meta Horizon, users should manage their privacy settings through their Meta account or contact Meta support directly.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information provided to us from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
